Joe has tried hundreds of cases in court and has won many of them. He works with individuals, families and small businesses. Much of Joe's current practice is centered around family law, divorce, parental rights, custody and related issues; he also represents clients before state, local and federal agencies and boards.
ELIZABETH W. BALDACCI, ESQ.
Beth attended Boston College Law School in September 1986 and graduated with a juris doctorate in 1989. Beth then worked for her father, Joseph T. Walsh, Jr., Esq. for a number of years. She is presently employed at the Law Office of Joseph M. Baldacci. Her practice is primarily in personal injury and probate law, including wills, powers of attorney, guardianships and adoptions.
EUGENE SULLIVAN JR., ESQ.
Gene's practice areas are diverse and include but are not limited to: criminal law, including violent felonies, divorce and parental rights, protection from abuse/harassment, bankruptcy, property-dispute issues, contract disputes, and mental-health cases.
JEREMIAH W. RANCOURT, ESQ.
Jeremiah came to the Law Office of Joseph M. Baldacci, Esq., in 2014 with a strong background in both legal services and communications, including journalism. He now handles a wide variety of cases, including family, criminal, protective custody, estate planning, civil-litigation and administrative-hearing matters.
